Historic Cove
Methodist Church, ca. 1896
This historic church is located 4.3 miles from the Mansion. You can use it
in the winter months as your ceremony site,
with a capacity of 125. It also
has seating for 160 in the spring, summer, and fall months, as a backup for
a
gazebo wedding. It has wood pews, wood trim, and a wood ceiling with
crimson red carpeting.
There is also a dressing room on site. The church is heated, although it does not contain
air-conditioning, but has big windows to open.

INDOOR RECEPTION FACILITY
AND BANQUET ROOM
Our indoor banquet facility is heated and air-conditioned. It is
approximately 1750 square feet with a capacity for
a cocktail party type
reception of 125. Receptions with DJ's and dancing would have a capacity of
100.
The facility is located in the formal gardens of the Mansion and can be
used anytime of the year for
receptions or rehearsal dinners. It has a
capacity of approximately
80 for rehearsal dinners.
