Wedding Reception Package Details

Everything included in our Basic Package

The facilities for your wedding and reception with back up facilities
for your ceremony at the Historic Cove Methodist Church, 4 miles away
A wedding director for your ceremony, if you desire

Deducting Wedding / Grooms Cakes
Wedding Cakes and Grooms Cakes may be brought in from outside sources.
A $25.00 handling fee will apply.  You may deduct $1.00 per person
from the package price for each cake brought in. 
We assume no responsibility for these cakes.

Alcoholic Beverages
The Gordon-Lee Mansion and Lee and Gordon's Mills
do not have a license to provide alcoholic beverages,
however you may provide your own alcoholic beverages if you so  desire.
A clothed bar table and up to 180 9oz cups, & 200 16 oz cups will be provided.
A bartender supplied by the Mansion or the Mill is required for any and all alcohol service.
One bartender is required for packages of 100 or less at a fee of $150.00;
and two bartenders for packages of more than 100 at a fee of $250.00.

Reservation Fee / Security Deposit
A $500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE Reservation Fee is required to reserve your date.
It is deducted from the package price. Dates are reserved only with this fee
and are on a first come basis. A $100.00 damage deposit is paid with
the balance of your package price. Damage deposit is refundable
if requirements in the Event Agreement  are satisfied.

Payment
We accept payment for packages by cash or personal check.
We do not accept credit cards. One half of the package price is due 60 days
prior and the full balance must be paid two weeks prior.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Failure of the balance to be paid in full at least
two weeks prior to your date could result in the cancellation of your event.
